Adding A New Patient

From the menu window, click "Add new patient" or from the
patient input form window (see picture for example), click "New" or click button
7. When the patient input form appears to enable you to insert a new patient's data, the following five fields must be completed: Name, Surname, Sex, Date of Birth, X-ray date. Double clicking inside any text box will display the data of the associated feature. It will be impossible to move to any other window if these obligatory fields have not
been filled out, therefore it is advisable to click "New" or similar command
only when these data do actually have to be inserted. |
